There will be a Young Living Live Your Passion Rally on August 11 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm at the Cobblestone Inn in McCook. Hosted by Young Living Distributor, Monica Tidyman, this event will be a fun training and education event for anyone interested in Young Living products. There will be fun giveaways, exciting product announcements and more. Cost for the event is $5 a person, you can register on Facebook, Eventbrite or pay at the door.

The event will provide a great opportunity to take a day off from busy schedule and visit with UNL experts, other farmers, and agribusinesses. The main focus of field day will be:

  2. Industry updates from corn industry, plating technology and Nutrien Ag Solutions

  3. Research updates from UNL experts

Bison Boosters Hamburger Feed

It's time again for the Annual Bison Boosters Hamburger Feed which will be held on Thursday, August 22nd prior to the start of the Football Scrimmage. On the menu are hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, chips, cookies and drinks available from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a free-will donation to support the McCook High School athletic programs. The Scrimmage is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Weiland Field. 

If you would like to make a donation to Bison Boosters and be included in the printed program, please bring your check with you to the Hamburger Feed and deliver it to a Bison Booster board member. They are: Tom Wiemers, Jennifer Morgan, Sharlyn Coleman, Joann Barenberg, Scott Barger, Pat Fawver and Jason Loop.
